Welcome to Hemp Seeds NZ. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. General These terms and conditions apply to all visitors and customers of hempseeds.co.nz, operated by Hemp Seeds NZ. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products All hemp seeds sold on this website are intended for cultivation and food use only, in accordance with New Zealand law. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Please note that 100% germination rates are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
3. Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout.
4. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase hemp seeds in New Zealand and that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability. You will be notified and refunded promptly if an order is cancelled.
5. Shipping and Delivery We ship within New Zealand only. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Hemp Seeds NZ is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.
6. Returns and Refunds We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We do not accept returns for change of mind on perishable or seed products unless required by law. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
7. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Hemp Seeds NZ's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
8. Privacy We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to fulfil your order.
9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
